中国企业跨国经营的现状、问题和趋势 [内容摘要]当前，经济全球化正在成为世界经济发展的主题，在全球经济一体化的趋势下，我国企业的跨国经营顺从趋势，不断发展。从改革开放的初期至今，我国海外企业从无到有，迅速发展并且形成了一定的规模。21世纪初始，随着我国“引进来，走出去”战略的实施，我国的跨国经营进入了空前发展的新时期。我国进行跨国经营的企业数量逐年增长，规模不断扩大。对外直接投资总额不断提升，而且投资分布的地区日趋广泛，投资的主体也呈现多元化趋势。虽然我国对外投资的起步晚，但是发展迅速，规模日益壮大。对我国经济的发展起到了重要作用。 [关键词] 跨国经营；对外投资；国际经济合作 [ABSTRACT] At present, economic globalization is the theme of economic development in the world,In the trend of global economic integration,Chinas transnational operations compliance trend of continuous development.Far from the early stages of reform and opening up, Chinas overseas business from scratch and developed rapidly and formed a certain scale.In the start of 21 century, as Chinas bringing in and going outstrategy, Chinas transnational operations into a new era of unprecedented development.Transnational companies operating in China has increased each year, and it have been expanding.Foreign direct investment rising, and increasing investment in areas of distribution of a wide range of investment has diversified the main trend.Although foreign investment in China started late, but the rapid development of the growing scale. It has played an important role in the economic development of China [KEY WORDS] transnational operations; Foreign Investment; International economic cooperation 在跨入21世纪新纪元，中央提出要把“引进来”与“走出去”紧密地结合起来，充分发挥我国企业的优势，让我国的企业勇敢的跨出国门，雄赳赳的走向世界，这是我国企业需要面对国内外经济发展的新形势，从2001年中国加入WTO以来，我国企业国际化经营的步伐不断加快，取得了良好的成绩。 据最新统计，截至06年底，中国海外投资累计总额906亿美元，其中对外投资净额达到了211.36亿美元，比2000年的5.72亿美元多出了将近40倍之多，这些投资资金分布在 160多个国家和地区。06年中国跨国投资位于全球国家13位，年增长速度高达61﹪。从本国地区来看，进行跨国投资最多的是广东企业，其次是上海企业。 这些境外投资企业分布于160个国家和地区, 涉及商业贸易、交通运输、工农业生产加工、资源开发、金融保险、医疗卫生、旅游及餐饮业等服务行业。境外直接投资对于我国更好的利用国外资源和市场，加强对外的经济文化交流与合作，更全面的学习外国先进技术和管理经验，以及有效的增强我国企业在国际市场上的竞争能力等都起到了积极的作用。 一、我国企业跨国经营和对外投资的特点和趋势 （一）我国跨国企业和对外投资起步较晚，但发展迅速 2002年-2009年八年间，我国跨国企业对外直接投资的年均增长速度达60%以上。08年对外直接投资流量突破了500亿美金大关，其中非金融类直接投资达到了406.5亿美元，同比增长117%。目前，从事跨国经营的中国企业已发展到3万多家。 （二）跨国
