精品论文 参考文献 经尿道前列腺切除术后膀胱冲洗的护理 湖南省肿瘤医院泌尿外科 湖南长沙 410013 【摘 要】目的：观察经尿道前列腺切除术后膀胱冲洗的护理效果，以促进临床护理质量的提升。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的106例行经尿道前列腺切除术患者，将其按照膀胱冲洗的不同护理方法平均分成对照组与观察组各53例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理，比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果：比较两组患者的冲洗液澄清度，差异显著，有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；对照组患者的尿管堵塞率为28.3%，观察组为0%，比较两组差异显著，有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；对照组患者的膀胱痉挛率为32.1%，观察组为0%，比较两组差异显著，有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：经尿道前列腺切除术后应用膀胱冲洗的综合护理效果显著，具有较高的应用价值，可在临床上推广。 【关键词】尿道；前列腺切除术；膀胱冲洗；护理效果 [Abstract]Objective：to observe the nursing effect of bladder irrigation after transurethral resection of prostate in order to promote the improvement of clinical nursing quality.Methods：a retrospective analysis of our hospital 106 cases of transurethral prostatic resection patients，the bladder irrigation of different nursing methods in accordance with the divided into control group and observation group，each group of 53 cases，the control group received routine nursing care，observation group adopted comprehensive nursing，compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect.Results：compared two groups of patients with washing liquid clarity，significant differences，was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05)；control group of patients with catheter obstruction rate was 28.3%，the observation group was 0%，compared the differences of the two groups was significant，was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05)；control group of patients with bladder spasm rate was 32.1%，the observation group was 0%，compared the differences of the two groups was significant，was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05).Conclusion：the comprehensive nursing effect of bladder irrigation after transurethral resection of prostate is remarkable，and it has high application value，and can be popularized in clinical practice.
