坝后式水电站的设计及发电机机座结构稳定计算说明书.doc

摘 要 J电站在瓯江上游干流梯级开发的第一级水电站,工程以发电为主,兼顾航运、放木及防洪等综合利用要求。瓯江流域处浙东南沿海山区,属于年调节水库。 本次设计的水库死水位为263.5m,正常蓄水位为283m。根据历史洪水资料设计洪水(P=0.1%),水库的设计洪水位289.5m。校核洪水位(P=0.01%)为291.8m。 根据地形地质的特点选择坝型为重力坝,坝长270.5m。其中溢流坝段长142.5m,其中有8孔溢洪道,净宽102.5m。水电站进水口中心线高程251.04m。 水电站装机容量为18万kW,四台机组单机4.5万kW。水轮机型号为HL220-LJ-300;为坝后厂房顶溢流式厂房,开关站布置在右岸。主厂房总宽定为19m,总长68m。水轮机安装高程为202.19m。起重机选用电动双钩桥式起重机,最大起重量选2×100吨,跨度选用16m。装配场长度取20.8m,进场公路布置在左岸。副厂房是为保证水电站正常运行需要,设置在主厂房与坝的间隙。主要布置各种机电辅助设备、房间、生产间和必要生活设施房间。 Abstract J plant is the first step hydropower station in upper reaches of the Oujiang River. The main purpose of the project is to generate electricity, but also considered the woods of the shipping and protect floods. Oujiang River basin located in the southeast area which is near the say in Zheijang Province, and the plant is a year adjust reservoir This design determined the dead water level is 263.5m, the normal water level is 283m. According to the historical flood date (P=0.1%), the designed flood level is 289.5m, the proofread level is 291.8m (P=0.01%). According to the characteristics of geology and topography, gravity dam was chosen. The total length of the dam is 270.5m, and the over-flow dam is 142.5m, and eighi holes over-flow causes is set, and the last, the net width is 100m. The elevation of the water intake of the plant is 254.2m. The total electric capacity is 180,000kW,and four generates whose capacity is 45,000kW was installed. The type of the turbine is HL-220-LJ-300. The units are installed in the main power house.The width of the main power house is 19m,the length is 68m.
