摘要
本文简单论述了国内外目前摩托车油箱焊接技术的发展现状及研究本课题的意义。以大运摩托车公司生产的DY-150型的骑式油箱为例,围绕着油箱生产过程,作者通过分析油箱生产中常用的焊接方法和这些焊接方法可能产生的缺陷,提出了避免焊接缺陷方法或措施;通过分析油箱的焊接结构特点及焊接性,提出了合理的油箱设计结构及最新的油箱生产结构;根据所设计的摩托车油箱结构,作者对比选择了生产过程中所需要的焊机和弧焊机器人,成功的改进了大部分生产工艺并达到降低生产成本的目的;最后,作者选择了油箱焊接中典型的焊缝,对典型的焊接选择合理的焊接工艺参数,编制出焊接工艺卡,还简单介绍了油箱焊后的检验方法。

Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the present situation of motorcycle tank welding technology both home and abroad, and the significance of making a research in this subject. Taking DY-150 tank-riding of DaYun Motorcycle Company as an example, from the tank production process, the author analyzes the production methods which are commonly used in welding and the defects of using these methods, and proposes a way or measure to avoid welding defects. Further more, the author suggests a reasonable design structure and the newest production structure of tank. According to the design in motorcycle tank structure, the author has chosen a welding machine and welding robot, which successfully improve production process and achieve the goal of lower production costs. Finally, the author chooses a typical tank welding seam and reasonable welding process parameters, and then establishes a welding process card and gives testing methods of tank welding.
