PAGE 7 毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要 水溶性铜离子印记交联壳聚糖的合成 本实验涉及水溶性铜离子印记交联壳聚糖的制备及其对铀离子的吸附。壳聚糖通过分子印记技术,以Cu2+为模板,与戊二醛分子反应得到交联壳聚糖,即高分子复合西佛碱。利用过氧化氢氧化水解得到水溶性铜离子印记交联壳聚糖。通过红外光谱的手段来表征。因Cu2+和U6+的离子半径相同,所以铜离子留下的印记空穴能特异性螯合铀离子。 在原料壳聚糖20g时,对降解反应的条件进行优化。过氧化氢用量200ml、降解时间2.5h、反应温度为80℃时,制得水溶性较好的产品。后续测试中,对铀的螯合率达到93.7%,螯合量达到374.75μg/ml。 为进行细胞及大鼠体内水平的筛选,寻找到更安全有效的体内排铀剂以及为下一步建立铀促排药物的体内、外筛选评价模型、评价药物的生物活性做好前期工作,并为今后开发铀促排药物提供可靠的筛选平台。 关键词 壳聚糖 交联 分子印记 过氧化氢降解 铀的螯合 毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要 Title Water-soluble copper ions imprint preparation of crosslinked chitosan Abstract The experiment involves the preparation of crosslinked chitosan of water-soluble copper ion imprinting and its effect on the adsorption of uranium ions. By the technology of molecular imprinting and taking Cu2+ as a template, chitosan can get cross-linked chitosan when reacting with glutaraldehyde molecules, that is to say polymer composite Schiff base. Using the reaction of oxidative hydrolysis for peroxide, cross linked chitosan of water-soluble copper ions imprint can be obtained. By means of infrared spectroscopy, its characters can be shown. The same radius of the copper ions and uranium ions, mark hole left by the copper ions may chelate uranium ions specifically. When the weight of raw material chitosan is 20g, the optimal conditions of degradation reaction can be achieved. Moreover, when the dosage of hydrogen peroxide is 200ml, the time of degradation is 2.5h and the reaction temperature is 80°C, products which have good water-soluble can be obtained. In the follow-up test, the rate of uranium chelation achieve 93.7%, sequestration achieve 374.75μg/ml. For the screening of cells and the level of rats in vivo levels, finding uranium agent for more safe and effective in vivo row besides, next step to establish the screening and evaluating model which own the function of chelating uranium drugs in vivo or vitro, evaluate the drugs biological activity, it has done preliminary work.
