Abstract:Amethodwasdevelopedforthesimultaneousdeterminationof16organochlorinepesti

cides(OCPs)ineggbyacombinationofgelpermeationchromatography(GPC)purificationand

gaschromatographytandemmassspectrometry(GCMS/MS)detection.TheOCPswereextrac

tedusingacetoneandhexane.Thepesticidesextractedfromsamplewereseparatedandpurified

toremovefatbyGPC.ThepesticideswerefinallyseparatedanddetectedbyGCMS/MSwith

multiplereactionmonitoring(MRM)mode.Therecoveriesfor16OCPsstandardspikedsamples

werebetween70%and110%.Therelativestandarddeviationofthemethodwaslowerthan

9.9%.Limitsofdetectionwas0.1~1.0g/kg.
