装载机的终传动结构设计
摘 要:本次设计的内容为ZL50装载机终的传动结构设计,总体分为轮边减速器的设计,输入轴和输出轴的设计,以及齿轮的设计这三大部分。装载机的终传动在驱动桥中,所以这次的设计其实和驱动桥的设计差不多,只是驱动桥有差速器以及主传动装置,本次设计主要围绕减速器来设计,最终传动采用行星齿轮减速器。这次设计能够让我更加了解减速器的特点以及结构原理还有就是使用条件这次设计分析了装载机的使用工况特点、以及工作特性,详细讲解了传动方案、挡位、速比、齿轮模数等主要参数的选择和确定过程,设计了前二、后一动力换档。基于ZL50装载机终传动的参数,对整机进行了理论匹配计算和研究。为了检验设计的正确性,进行了行星排行星轮数目和齿轮齿数的确定和齿轮的校核,表明达到了设计要求,具有一定的经济和社会价值。

Design of final drive structure of loader
Abstract: This design content for the transmission structure design of ZL50 loader final, the design is divided into the design of the wheel reducer, shaft and the output shaft and input, and the gear design of the three most. Loader final drive in the drive axle, so the design of this design in fact and drive axle almost, just drive axle with differential and the main transmission device, this design mainly to design reducer, final drive using planetary gear reducer. This design can let me know more about the reducer and the principle of the structure and characteristics of the design is the use of conditions of use condition, loader and job characteristics, explain in detail the transmission scheme, and the determination of main parameters of retaining, ratio, gear modulus selection process, design of the former two, after a power shift. Parameters of ZL50 loader final drive based on machine, the calculation and Research on matching theory. In order to verify the design, check and determine the number of gears and gear of the planetary gear in planetary gear, that meet the design requirements, and has a certain economic and social value.
