Methods: 100 cases in our department in 2012 to carry out the high quality nursing service in delivery room patients as the observation group, 100 cases in our department in 2011 did not carry out the high quality nursing service in delivery room patients as control group, compared two groups of patients with complications and patient satisfaction. To speed up the recovery time of patients, improve patient satisfaction. 　　【Keywords】 high quality nursing service satisfaction in delivery room 　　随着社会的发展现代人们生活水平不断的提高，人们对医疗水平及护理质量的需求也慢慢随之提高，医学护理模式的不断更新，新的医学护理模式要求医疗服务从“疾病”到“病人”的转变，为了适应这一变化趋势，临床中推出了全新的护理模式——优质护理服务。优质护理服务是建立在以人为本的基础上，强调以病人为中心，已经是护理工作的最高境界[1]。优质护理服务的重要核心和本质是以患者为中心。 在护理工作态度、护理管理理念、护理工作程序等方面处处体现“以人为本，以病人为中心”的优质护理服务，笔者现将优质护理服务在产房中的效果评价报道如下。 　　1资料和方法 　　1.1一般资料 　　回顾性分析，选取我科2012年开展优质护理服务的产房中患者100例为观察组，选取我科2011年的未实施优质护理服务的产房中患者100例为对照组；其中两组产妇的孕周均在38～41周，平均（39.6plusmn;1.28）周，两组产妇的年龄在20～33岁，平均年龄（25.12plusmn;5.20）岁，两组产妇的基本资料相比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）无统计学意义，临床具有可比性。 　　1.2方法：对照组采取常规的护理模式，观察组实施优质护理服务的模式具体方法如下。 　　1.
