 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 民营企业员工流失与管理研究 摘 要 改革开放以来,随着经济社会的发展,民营企业作为我国市场经济中的一个重要的市场主体,在国民经济中所占比重日益增大,已成为我国国民经济发展的新增长点。然而,在其发展过程中,也发现诸多问题,其中以人才流失最为严重。人才流失是阻碍我国民营企业发展的重要原因之一,如何防止民营企业人才流失是一个重大的社会问题。本文通过对民营企业人才流失的研究,通过对我国民营企业发展现状,人才流失的原因进行深入分析,发现我国民营企业人才流失主要是因为民营企业物质基础薄弱、缺乏凝聚力的企业文化、缺乏现代化的人才管理理念和体系、员工待遇低、保障制度不完善、缺乏科学合理的人才激励机制等等的原因造成的。文章针对这些的存在提出了相应的对策,希望能够帮助我国民营企业摆脱人才流失的困境。 关键词:民营企业;人才流失;企业文化 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, with the economic and social development, private enterprises as an important market subject in the market economy in China, which accounts for the proportion in the national economy is increasing, China has become the new growth point of national economic development. However, in the process of its development, there are many problems, among which talent the loss of the most serious. The brain drain is one of the important reasons that hinder the development of private enterprises in our country, how to prevent the loss of talents in private enterprises is a major social problem. Through the study of the loss of talents in private enterprises, the status of the development of private enterprises in China, in-depth analysis of the causes of talent loss, that loss of private enterprises the talent of our country is mainly because the private enterprise material foundation is weak, the lack of cohesion of the enterprise culture, the lack of talent management philosophy and system of modern, low treatment of employees, security system Perfect, the lack of scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism, and so on. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to help Chinas private enterprises to get rid of the plight of brain drain.
