房地产项目投资风险分析研究 ——以银川市中房“玺云台”为例 摘要：房地产业是我国国民经济的重要产业，随着我国经济的飞速发展，房地产开发投资日趋活跃，在投资过程中，众多的风险因素，决定了投资效益的不确定性。在现阶段房地产市场进入寒冬期的时候进行“玺云台”项目的投资具有较大风险， 文中结合“玺云台”房地产开发项目的实际情况，通过对房地产投资风险分析基本方法的介绍，阐述了“玺云台”房地产项目风险评价体系的建立与评价过程，以及在进行投资决策时如何有效控制和规避投资风险。 关键词：房地产项目；投资风险；分析研究；中房“玺云台” Real estate project investment risk analysis -- a case study of Yinchuan city in the Zhong Fang “Xi Yun tai” as an example Gao Fang (School of Resources and environment，Ningxia University, Real estate management, The 2012) Abstract: The real estate industry is an important industry for Chinas national economy,as Chinas rapid economic development,investment in real estate development has become increasingly active.
