75岁以上冠心病患者冠脉病变特点及PCI后一年的疗效观察的开题报告 摘要 目的：探讨75岁以上冠心病患者冠脉病变特点及PCI后一年的疗效观察。 方法：采用回顾性分析的方法，收集了2018年1月至2020年12月期间接受PCI治疗的75岁以上冠心病患者资料，并统计分析了它们的冠脉病变特点和PCI后一年的疗效。 结果：共收集了100例75岁以上冠心病患者的病历资料。其中，男性占48%（48例），女性占52%（52例）。大多数患者（78例）存在多支血管病变。主要的病变部位为左前降支（76例）、右冠状动脉（67例）和左旋支（56例）。经过PCI治疗一年后，所有患者的冠脉狭窄程度均得到了明显改善，冠脉内膜剥脱厚度和半径也明显降低，并且冠心病发生率和不稳定心绞痛发生率明显下降。 结论：75岁以上冠心病患者存在着独特的冠脉病变特点，多数患者有多支血管病变，并常常累及主干和左前降支等关键部位。PCI治疗一年后，能够有效改善冠脉狭窄程度、降低冠脉内膜剥脱厚度和半径，并明显降低冠心病发生率和不稳定心绞痛发生率。本研究结果可为75岁以上冠心病患者的临床治疗提供参考。 关键词：75岁以上；冠心病；冠脉病变；PCI；疗效观察 Abstract Objective: To explore the characteristics of coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart disease over 75 years old and the therapeutic effect of PCI one year after treatment. Methods: Retrospective analysis was used to collect data from patients with coronary heart disease over 75 years old who received PCI treatment from January 2018 to December 2020, and the characteristics of coronary artery lesions and the therapeutic effect of PCI one year after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results: A total of 100 clinical data of patients with coronary heart disease over 75 years old were collected, male accounted for 48% (48 cases), female accounted for 52% (52 cases).
