Swiss purchasing and Materials Management Association (SVME) and Credit Suisse (Credit Suisse) Monday (September 3rd) jointly released data show that Switzerland August SVME Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) fell unexpectedly.
Data show that the Swiss SVME Purchasing Managers Index in August was 46.7, expected to be 49, the former value of 48.6.
The index has fourth consecutive months below the ups and downs of the watershed 50, shows that the contraction in economic activity.
