内容小结 流行现状 病毒学 HIV传播与预防策略 致病机制 临床表现 实验室检查 HAART治疗 * OK,now let’s begin. Good afternoon, everyone. I am Liu Dingli, from department fo infectious diseases. Today, we will learn a new infectious disease. In 15th international conference, Former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan said there are two great threat we have to face nowaday, one is terrorism, the other is AIDS. * AIDS is the abbreviated name of this disease, and its entire (complete) name is acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. The etiologic agent of AIDS is human immuondeficiency virus, we abbreviated it as HIV, and sometimes we call it AIDS virus. The first picture was taken by electronmicroscope. The others are the mode picture of HIV imagined by scientists. Scientists can describe it as beautiful as these pictures show, but this virus is a devil. * Now I am going to show you a group of statistics.about AIDS. * Lets look more specifically at the HIV situation in Asia It is estimated that 7 million individuals are HIV infected in Asia as of today. A large diversity is observe in the HIV epidemiological patterns in Asia: The estimated rate of infection is the highest, between 2 and 3% of the adult population , in three countries: Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar. Two countries have intermediate level of infection, between 0.1% and 1% and these are India and Vietnam. All other countries still have rates of infection below 0.1%, including China. Because of the large population of China and India, although the rate of infection is low, the number of people infected is high – 4 million in India and 600 000 in China. Because of the size of these 2 populations, the potential for serious HIV epidemic in Aisia, in terms of numbers infected, exists. If , lets say, the prevalence rate reaches 1% of adult population in China and India, then the total number of HIV infected in Asia would be as high as Africa. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 表现为舌的侧面白色的、叶状的病变,有时位于临近的口腔黏膜。 25%的HIV感
