住宅楼CFG桩与水泥搅拌桩--毕业设计.doc

摘 要 本次设计的工程来源于xx省xx,xxxx房地产开发有限公司计划修建一栋九层楼高的住宅楼,由于修建地的地基土质较差,不能满足上部荷载组合的要求,需要处理。通过对工程用地的实地了解和勘察,结合各种地基处理方式的适合性,经过综合分析后确定CFG桩和水泥土搅拌桩适合本次工程。CFG桩和水泥土搅拌桩都是常用的地基处理方式,CFG桩的单桩承载力较高且便于施工,水泥土搅拌桩单桩承载力低且造价偏高,不适于本工程,经过复合地基承载力和沉降计算,本工程最终选用CFG桩地基处理方案。令两种地基处理方案满足承载力要求和沉降要求后,进行经济预算,CFG桩方案需要146根桩,总价213499.04元,水泥土搅拌桩需要600根桩,总价134755.488元。最终选用水泥土搅拌桩方案作为此工程的地基处理方案,并为施工提供方案。 关键词: CFG桩处理;水泥搅拌桩处理;复合地基承载力;沉降计算;经济预算 Bama County MCH Public Rental Housing FoundationTreatment Abstract:The project designed is from Bama County of Hechi City, Guangxi province, , MCH of Bama County planed to construct a six-story public rental building, because the quality of the foundation soil is poor, can not meet the requirements of the upper load combinations, it needs to be addressed. Through examining and learning about the project land on the spot, considering the suitability of the various ground handling ways, CFG piles and cement soil mixing piles is detemined avaiable for this project after a comprehensive analysis . CFG piles and cement soil mixing piles both are common ground handling ways, both the single pile bearing capacity and cost of CFG pile is high, while both the single pile bearing capacity and cost of cement mixing pile is low. In order to find the best solution, through calculating the bearing capacity of complex foundation and sedimentation, two kinds of foundation treatments are made to meet the requirements of the bearing capacity and sedimentation, then economic budget is done to find that CFG pile program needs 146 piles, the total price is 213,499.04 yuan, cement mixing pile needs 600 piles, the total price is 134,755.488 yuan. Finally, cement mixing pile program is selected as the foundation treatment program of this project, and is provided for the construction.
