江西理工大学应用科学学院毕业设计计算书 题目：欣荣嘉苑商业住宅楼 姓 名：汪天龙 专 业：土木工程 学 号：08070308231 指导老师：程来秀老师 时 间：2012.05.20 欣荣嘉苑摘要 本工程名称为欣荣嘉苑。该商业住宅楼采用框架结构体系，设计主要包括三个方面，分别为建筑设计，结构设计和施工组织设计，其主要部分为结构设计。 结构设计部分包括：结构布置，荷载计算，内力计算和内力组合，梁柱截面设计，楼板设计，楼梯设计和基础设计。考虑到本设计的主要目的是锻炼个人能力以及更重要的是通过手算来加深对书本知识的理解和掌握，以及应用能力，所以在结合电算的基础上，取一榀框架进行手算，最后确定结果的合理性，并得以最终结论。 自从人类有了建筑活动，房屋就是人们生活的主要场所，人们开始对居住环境有所要求。随着社会的土木行业的进步和发展，室内环境的要求也在不断更新发展与不断丰富发展。室内设计的任务就是综合运用技术手段，考虑周围环境因素的作用，充分利用有利条件，积极发挥创造性思维，创造一个既符合生产和生活物质功能要求，又符合人们生理、心理要求的室内环境。 本设计全面考虑了工程各种制约因素和用户各种使用要求。本六层商业住宅楼在建筑设计上充分考虑到美观和实用相协调，采用通风俱佳、美观大方的房间格局布置适用方便型。人们在房间能够时刻体会到美的享受，科学合理的完成了商业住宅楼的设计，实际施工有较大全面正确的参考价值。 关键词：商住楼；建筑设计；结构设计；施工组织设计。 Abstract Xin Rong Garden is the name of this building .Using the framework of the residential architecture ,design mainly includes three aspects :namely architectural design ,structural design and construction design, structural design of its main part. Design components include:structural arrangement, load calculation ,calculation and combination of internal forces,beam and column design , staircase design ,floor design and foundation design . The main purpose of this design consideraction is the individual’s ability to exercise and, more importantly, on the books by hand calculation deeper understanding of theoretical knowledge and application ability , so based on the combination of ICC,to take a hand count pin framework,and final conclusions can be. Ever since mankind has been building activities,housing is the main place people’s liwes and the environment began to be required for housing.With the social progress and development of civil engineering industry,indoor environmental requirements are also constantly updating and constantly varied development.Interior design’s mission is to make comprehensive use of technology to consider the environmental factors surrounding the role,fully exploit favorable conditions,give full play to creative thingking,creative production and the life of a material is consistent wi
