摘 要
随着经济的发展,现代城市中的高层建筑日益增多,电梯成为人们日常生活必不可少的代步工具。而电梯性能的好坏,除了电机等硬件以外,电梯控制系统是其核心因素。PLC(Programmable logic controller)FX2N系列PLC与安川变频器结合为例,以五层电梯为设计对象,分别从电梯控制系统的构成及工作原理,变频调速的原理,系统PLC配置方案,PLC软件设计,PLC软件的调试仿真和电梯硬件选取等方面,详细的阐述了PLC在电梯控制系统中的应用,形成了以PLC为控制系统的完整的电梯模型,使电梯在更精确、更可靠、更快速的控制平台上运行。并且

Abstract
With the development of economy, an increasing number of high-rise buildings in modern cities, elevators become an indispensable means of transport of daily life. The core of elevator’s function is control system besides hardware. PLC(Programmable logic controller)have wide use for its many advantages, such as convenience, high reliability and . In addition to the application of this inverter in elevator can solve the requirement of transform elevator running well, we can improve the comfort, improve the operating speed. In addition, the uninterruptible power supply, UPS power supply, emergency power lift in the lift can safely stop in safe position specified. This article taking Japanese Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC for example, fifth floor elevator as the design, details the plc’s application in the elevator control system, through the reference and working mechanism of elevator control system, configuration program of PLC, software designing of PLC, emulation software of PLC and hardware choosing the elevator. This paper works out a complete model of the elevator controlled by PLC. This PLC control system can make elevator running in a accurate, credible and fast way.
