PAGE 河南农业大学牧医工程学院动物医学专业2011届毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 8 河南农业大学 本科生毕业论文(设计) 题 目 鸡大肠杆菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验 学 院 牧医工程学院 专业班级 2011届动物医学专升本3班 学生姓名 指导教师 (教授) 撰写日期： 2011年5月 10 日 鸡大肠杆菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验 （2011届动物医学专升本3班） 摘要：为了对巩义某鸡场疑似鸡大肠杆菌病的鸡群进行确诊，并为有效防治提供依据，本研究利用细菌学检验方法对采集的典型病料进行细菌分离鉴定和细菌药敏试验。通过细菌分离培养、形态学观察、生化试验、动物试验和血清学试验。结果表明：该鸡群中分离到的病原菌为鸡大肠杆菌。动物攻毒试验结果表明：分离的鸡大肠杆菌具有明显的致病作用，雏鸡发病率为100%(5/5)，死亡率达60%(3/5)。血清学鉴定结果显示，该分离菌血清型为O1。药敏试验结果表明：该细菌对头孢曲松、头孢唑林、阿米卡星、复方新诺明（磺胺甲恶唑）、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星、氨苄西林、米诺环素和庆大霉素均敏感，对阿莫西林和阿奇霉素为中度敏感;但对罗红霉素和四环素耐药。本研究结果对准确诊断和有效防治该病提供了依据和条件。 关键词：鸡；大肠杆菌；分离鉴定；药敏试验 Isolation, Identification and Antibiotic Sensitivity Test of Chicken Escherichia Coli wang zhangfan (Class 3 of Veterinary Medicine, Graduated in 2011) Abstract: In order to make a definite diagnosis for the suspend Chicken Escherichia Coli about chicken house from Gongyi and provide a reference for effective prevention and treatment. The bacteria was isolated and identified from typical samples and antibiotic sensitivity test was also adopted. By bacterial separate cultures, morphological observation, biochemical tests, animal experiment and serological tests, the pathogen of this chickens is pathogenic E.coli bacteria. The result of animal experiment showed: this Escherichia coli had obviously pathogenic; the morbidity of chicklings was 100%(5/5) and the mortality was 60%(3/5).Serological testing results indicated: the serotype of this strain was O1. The antibiotic sensitivity test results illuminated: the sensitivity of the strain to ceftriaxone、cefazolin and other 8 kinds of drug were sensitive; and the drug sensitivity to amoxicillin and azithromycin are intermediate;but the strain were drug resistant to roxithromycin and acheomycin. This research provided a scientific basis and qualification for exact diagnosis and effective prevention and treatment to Escherichia coli. Key word: Chicken,Esche
