The development of information technology for fixed assets management system software development and application, provide technical and support, to the management of fixed assets of scientific management and tracking. This article is based on the original system of investigation, analysis of fixed assets management system, the fixed assets management information system analysis; then according to the system goal and requirement, the system planning and design, has made the system flow chart and the structure chart of the function, and the individual components of the system are the detailed design; finally, using computer technology, realizing the on various aspects of the system design and the system maintenance and proposes feasible measures.
