隔环锻造工艺分析及模具设计
摘要:采用自由锻可以减少生产时间,降低生产成本,提高生产效率,胎模锻可以减轻工人的劳动强度,使锻件的质量和产量进一步提高,降低金属的的消耗,工艺操作灵活,制造经济简便,可在一种锻锤上锻出形状较复杂的锻件。
本设计详细的论述了自由锻,胎模锻的全过程。自由锻(含胎模锻)是指借助简单的工具,如锤、砧、型砧、摔子、冲子、型铁等对铸锭或棒材进行镦粗、拔长、弯曲、冲孔、扩孔等方式生产零件毛坯,胎模是在自由锻锤上采用活动锻模进行模锻生产的一种工艺方法。
隔环是一个形状比较简单的环形件,所用的材料时45号钢,而且是一定尺寸的圆钢。需要的工序有镦粗-胎模锻。经工艺计算和分析确定了合理的锻造工艺方案,提出了选用自由锻方法将坯料预锻成接近锻件的形状,然后在胎模中最终锻制成形。在自由锻前要经过尺寸计算得到坯料的尺寸和质量,采用锯切的方法将圆钢以一定的尺寸下料,选用接触电加热炉将坯料加热。然后经过各个锻造工序最终将毛坯锻造成锻件。
