高盒形件的冲压工艺与模具设计
摘要
冲压模具在实际工业生产中应用广泛。在传统的工业生产中,工人生产的劳动强度大、劳动量大,严重影响生产效率的提高。随着当今科技的发展, 工业生产中模具的使用已经越来越引起人们的重视,而被大量应用到工业生产中来。冲压模具的自动送料技术也投入到实际的生产中,冲压模具可以大大的提高劳动生产效率,减轻工人负担,具有重要的技术进步意义和经济价值。
根据给定的具体零件图的尺寸和公差要求,并结合生产实际中的使用条件,设计了矩形盒落料拉深复合模以及切边模两套模具。包括:冲裁工艺设计,复合模结构、形式的设计及主要工作部件设计等。涉及模具方案的确定,材料的利用率,压力机的选择,模具正常工作时的情况,模具相应零部件的选取和制造。完成了拉深力、冲裁力、切边力、卸料、定位零件、顶出装置等的计算,然后对主要零部件的设计和标准件进行选择,最后,阐述了对异形凸、凹模的加工过程。

abstract
Punching die has been w 1ff8 idely used in industrial production.In the traditional industrial production,the worker work very hard,and there are too much work,so the efficiency is low.With the development of the science and technology nowadays,the use of punching die in the industial production gain more attention, and be used in the industrial production more and more.Self-acting feed technology of punching die is also used in production, punching die could increase the efficience of production and could alleviate the work burden,so it has significant meaning in technologic progress and economic value.
This passage has designed rectangular box deep drawing dropping material composite modulus and trimming mode , according to the require of given concrete part drawing’s size and tolerance, combinging the using condition of reality while producing. Including blanking process design, compound mould structure and forms of design, major work parts design . Involving the scheme determination of mould, material utilization , press choice, and the normal working condition of mold , Die parts selection and manufacturing .Completed the calculation of the deep drawing force ,cutting force, trimming force, unloading, positioning parts, ejection device etc. Then choosing the main parts and standard parts, Finally , expounds the special shaped convex, concave die on the process, and drawing the mould using pro-e.
