本科毕业设计(论文) (2012届) 论文题目 锂电池智能充电器的设计与实践 (英文) Design and Practice of the Lithium battery smart charger 所在学院 电子信息学院 专业班级 学生姓名 指导教师 职称 完成日期 2012 年 锂电池智能充电器的设计与实践 2012年4月 摘 要 随着各种各样的电子产品问世,并朝着便携和小型轻量化的趋势发展,为了能够有效的使用这些电子产品,可充电电池得到迅速的发展。常见的可充电电池包括镍氢电池、镍镉电池、锂电池和聚合物电池等。其中,锂电池以其高的能量密度、稳定的放电特性、无记忆效应和使用寿命长等优点得到广泛的应用。为此,研发性能稳定、安全可靠、高效经济的锂电池智能充电器显得尤为重要。本课题采用STC12C5410AD单片机为控制电路来制作一个能用Nokia5110 LCD显示充电电压和电流,能够定时开关和充完自动停充的5V,500MA的锂电池智能充电器。整个系统需要通过硬件系统和软件系统一起来运行。首先设计一个反激式开关电源为单片机主电路板提供电源,连通单片机电路主板与电脑进行串口通信下载程序到单片机进行电路控制,AD进行数据采集传输给LCD液晶显示屏显示当前的充电电压和电流,并且实现定时开关和充完自动停充功能。本课题的研究成果广泛应用于手机,MP3等便携式电子产品,为人类日常生活和生活质量的提高有着深远的意义。 关键词:STC12C5410AD单片机;锂电池智能充电器;Nokia5110 LCD;反激式开关电源 Abstract With the advent of a variety of electronic products, and the trend toward portable and small light, in order to effectively use these electronic products, rechargeable batteries have been developed rapidly. Common rechargeable batteries including nickel metal hydride batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, lithium batteries and polymer battery and so on. Among them, the lithium battery for its high energy density, stable discharge characteristics, no memory effect and advantages of long life has been widely used. To this end, develop the lithium battery smart charger of safe, reliable, efficient and economical is particularly important.This topic used STC12C5410AD MCU control circuit to produce one can Nokia5110 LCD display charging voltage and current, the timer switch and the charging is completed, automatically stop charging 5V 500MA lithium battery smart charger. The entire system needs to work together to run through the hardware and software systems.
