Abstract
In order to improve the charging efficiency and the effective protection during charging lithium-ion battery, this paper designs having a current-voltage detection function, can accurately control the charging process the charger, and gives each module circuits and software flow chart of the control unit section . Herein charger is a microcontroller core STC89C52 charger, through SCM TP4056 to lithium-ion batteries. In the actual charging process, TP4056 can automatically detect the battery status and Lithium-ion battery trickle charge, fast charge and constant voltage charge conversion. In addition, the design also uses the LCD display will charge and discharge status of the lithium-ion battery, the charging voltage, charging current and other information is displayed, the realization of the lithium battery charge control precision. By changing the voltage of the lithium-ion battery charging methods to achieve precise control, improved charging efficiency, and to ensure that lithium batteries will not overcharge, overheating and damage, greatly improving the safety performance and extend the life of lithium batteries, to achieve efficient charging function with circuit stability, high integration, can effectively protect the battery characteristics.
