New curriculum reform in education aims at improving students’ reading competence. Therefore，to stimulate students interest in reading, improve their reading ability to stimulate students interest in learning English, improve the students English level has a positive and practical significance. This paper believes that it should base on understanding of improving the reading speed, stimulating students interest in reading, grasping some skills, effective access to the required information.
