强化电化学原位产过氧化氢因素分析 田世超1,2,李一兵1,刘会芳1,关伟 2,曾华斌2,赵旭2* 1. 河北工业大学,土木工程学院,天津 300401 2. 中国科学院生态环境研究中心,水质学实验室,北京 100085 摘 要: 针对活性碳纤维(ACF)阴极电还原氧气产过氧化氢(H2O2)效率较低的问题,本论文将形稳电极Ru02/Ti、环氧树脂网格以及ACF组合作为复合CF作为阴极电源负极相连接,转速20.82mA/cm2后,继续增大电流密度H2O2产量反而降低;酸性条件有利于H2O2生成;H2O2产量随转速的增大而增加,但转速达到500r/min时,继续增大转速,H2O2生成量反而降低;H2O2产量随电解质浓度增大逐渐增大,但电解质浓度较高时,H2O2产量无明显变化;此电化学系统经八次重复使用后,H2O2的生成量基本维持稳定,表明此电化学体系可高效稳定产生H2O2。 关键词 电化学;过氧化氢;活性炭纤维;影响因素 Enhancement of in situ electro-generated hydrogen peroxide via electrochemical process Tian Shichao1,2, Li Yibing1, Liu Huifang1, Guan Wei2, Zeng Huabin2, Zhao Xu2* 1.School of Civil Engineering, Hebei University of Technology, Tianjin 300401 2.Key Laboratory of Aquatic Science and Technology, Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 100085, China Abstract: For the problem of low efficiency generating hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) by the reducing oxygen at the activated carbon fiber (ACF) cathode, a combined electrode of ACF and RuO2/Ti separated with epoxy resin grid was designed to generate H2O2 efficiently. In this system, the combined electrode was directly connected to positive electrode of DC power and the individual ACF was connected to negative electrode of DC power. The O2 aeration was not needed through the comparison of H2O2 generation amount with and without O2 aeration; The effects of current density, initial pH, stirring strength and the electrolyte concentration on H2O2 generation were investigated in details. The results indicated that the generation amount of H2O2 increased with the increasing applied current density up to 20.82mA/cm2, after that the amount of H2O2 decreased; The H2O2 generation favored at acid condition; The concentration of generated H2O2 increased significantly with the increasing speed up to 500 r/min, after that the concentration of H2O2 decreased gradually.
