无级变速器用反比例溢流阀特性分析与试验

【摘要】 针对无级变速器用反比例溢流阀在 CV T 工作过程中的特性 ,建立了反比例溢流阀压力、流量等特性
模型 ,并对模型进行了分析和仿真 ;建立了电磁阀的试验台和试验标准 ,并对反比例溢流阀的静态特性和动态特性
进行了试验 ;试验结果表明该反比例溢流阀具有良好的静态和动态特性 ,能够满足对 CV T 精确控制的需要。

Abstract
In order to understand the characteristics of the electrohydraulic inverseproportional relief valve
used in the continuously variable transmission (CV T) , a mathematical model with pressure and flux of
the electrohydraulic inverseproportional relief valve was established. The model was analyzed and
simulated , subsequently. The testbed was designed and a test standard was put forward , and tests of
static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the electrohydraulic inverseproportional relief
valve were carried out . The experimental results indicate that the performances of the static
characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the electrohydraulic inverseproportional relief valve are
excellent , and it can satisfy precision control of the CV T.
