提高中小企业资金使用效率的对策研究 PAGE PAGE I 密 级 学 号 080737 毕 业 设 计（论文） 提高中小企业资金使用效率的 对策研究 院（系、部）： 经济管理学院 姓 名： 年 级： 2008级 专 业： 会计学 指导教师： 教师职称： 教授 摘 要 近年来经济持续低迷，中小企业面临举步维艰的经营境地，急需改变现状，持续发展。首先，本文从中小企业的特质入手介绍了何为中小企业并提出了资金使用效率的重要性及提高资金使用效率对于企业的长期稳定发展有着重要的意义。在第一部分中本文还提出了用周转率、有效性、充分性，三个概念来表征资金使用效率的研究思路，为下文研究提供了衡量资金使用效率的工具。第二部分本文对中小企业日常生产经营的概况进行了描述并找出了其中存在的，成本费用控制、库存使用、财务管理、生产资金占用、固定资产利用等营销企业资金使用效率的问题。第三部分本文将中小企业实际生产经营中所存在的问题从宏观和围观两个方面分为了国际形势影响、国家政策调整引起、社会进程发展、管理方式四个大的模块，通过引入数据，详细分析了影响中小企业资金使用效率问题的产生原因，作用原理和危害程度。第四部分中本文利用数学方法建立模型，按照第三部分的四个模块提出了12条解决中小企业资金使用效率低下的对策，为提高中小企业资金使用效率做出了建设性的提议，从而缓解中小企业资金利用不充足的问题。 关键词：经济低迷 中小企业 资金使用效率 提高 资金周转 Abstract In recent years, the economy remains in the doldrums, SMEs face the difficult business situation, be badly in need of change, sustainable development. This article from the small and medium-sized enterprise characteristic proceed with introduced what is small and medium-sized enterprises and puts forward the efficiency in the use of funds, In the first part of this paper is put forward the turnover rate, validity, sufficiency, three concepts to the characterization of the efficiency in the use of funds for the following research thinking, provides a measure of the efficiency of fund use tools.
