l l 西宁地区中小企业融资问题及对策 摘 要 改革开放以来，中小企业发展迅速，是国民经济的重要组成部分，在地方税收、技术创新、吸纳就业、体制转轨、扩大出口等方面发挥着越来越大的作用。西宁地区地处我国西北部，其经济发展水平相对落后，中小企业的发展显得尤为重要，资金是中小企业发展的“瓶颈”，其中融资渠道狭窄、融资能力有限、间接融资难等问题尤为突出。因此，对西宁地区中小企业融资环境、融资渠道以及融资存在的问题等方面进行分析，并进一步提出相应的建议，以期对西宁地区中小企业的发展有所帮助。 关键词：西宁地区，中小企业， 融资，问题，对策 Xining Financial Problems and Countermeasures of Small and Medium Enterprises Abstract Since the reform and opening up, small and medium enterprises that is the important component of local taxes, technological innovation, absorb employment, transition, expanding exports play an increasingly important role developed rapidly, Xining located in the northwest of China, its economic development level is relatively backward ,so the development of the mall and medium enterprises is particularly important, capital is the development of small and medium enterprises bottleneck. Narrow channels in which financing, financing capacity is limited, indirect financing especially difficult problems. Therefore, the financing environment for small and medium enterprises in Xining, financing sources and financing aspects of existing problems in the analysis, and further recommendations accordingly to the development of SMEs on the Xining area helpful.
