128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查方法及技巧探究【摘要】 目的 探讨128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查的操作方法与技巧。方法 对1200例临床怀疑患有冠心病患者行128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查，并对检查过程、原始图像及后处理图像进行分析总结，着重研究此项检查过程中的注意事项及相应方法、技巧。结果 1120例患者配合好，图像清晰、无伪影，符合诊断要求，一次性检查成功。心率不齐及其他原因造成图像伪影者75例，其中63例经过心电编辑和多种图像后处理技术的综合应用，最终得到良好的图像，12例在找到相关失败原因后进行二次检查，均取得良好效果。结论 要想获得高质量的图像以期做出准确地诊断，检查前准备、检查操作方法与技巧尤为重要。? 【关键词】 128层螺旋CT；冠状动脉；检查方法；检查技巧 ?? Methods 1200 cases suspected of suffering from coronary heart disease were studied with 128?slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Checking procedures, original images and post processing images were analyzed and concluded, cautions in checking procedures and the methods and skills of the CT assessment had been studied particularly. Results 1120 cases got clear images for diagnosing without artifact successfully. 75 cases result in artifacts because of irregular heartbeat or other reasons, in which 63 cases got better images by comprehensive applications of ECG edited and other post processings, 12 cases got better images by second CT assessment after finding out correlated failure reasons.
