员工忠诚度研究
【摘要】员工忠诚度是员工对企业的忠诚程度,它是一个量化的概念。忠诚度是员工行为忠诚与态度忠诚的有机统一。行为忠诚是态度忠诚的基础和前提,态度忠诚是行为忠诚的深化和延伸。企业的成功,仅仅依靠产品的品牌是不够的,整体人员的忠诚度常常像一只无形的手,在左右着公司业绩。一些公司为了提升员工的忠诚度,有的对新员工开设“忠诚员工”课程,有的要求员工上班时喊口号:“誓与某某公司共存亡”。这种说教式、命令式如同“掩耳盗铃”,满足一下公司高层的虚荣心,并不可能真正提升员工忠诚度。随风潜入夜,润物细无声。提升忠诚度,与更合理化、人性化的管理与分配、嘉奖制度的出台是密切相关的。每个公司只有正视这个问题,更好地激励员工,才不会在市场竞争中处于劣势。
Employee loyalty is the staff of the enterprise loyalty, it is a measure is the concept of the employees. loyalty of faithful and honest manner. an act of faith is the attitude of the basic premise of loyalty and devotion, is loyal to deepen and extended. the success of an enterprise, rely solely on the brand products is not enough, the overall personnel loyalty used as an invisible hand, in about the companys performance. Some companies to improve staffs loyalty or offer to new employees loyal staff course, there are the requirements of employees, shouting slogans : the pledge of life and death with a certain company. such a style, imperative as and to meet its infamous past on the vanity is not possible to truly improve staffs loyalty. the promotion of loyalty, and more rational, humanized management and distribution system for the first is closely related. Each of the company only face the problem, more motivating their staff, will not be in the market competition at a disadvantage.
