摘要 : 伺服系统是一种输出能够快速而精确地响应外部的输入指令信号的控制系统。文结合大量的文献资料,总结和分析了当前交流伺服系统的发展现状,明确了加强开发交流感应电机伺服系统的意义。本交流伺服系统以数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407为主控芯片,从控制理论和实际应用两个方面出发,对永磁同步电机转子磁场定向矢量控制伺服系统进行深入、全面的研究。
本文首先介绍了永磁同步伺服系统发展概况,建立了交流永磁同步电机系统的数学模型,并在此基础上对转子磁链定向矢量控制、空间矢量PWM波形的产生、详细探讨空矢量变换控制原理及实现方法,并大致对伺服控制系统总体进行设计。其次,大致介绍了DSP的分类与特点,并给出了选择TMS320LF2407芯片的原因以及TMS320LF2407芯片的优点。最后,详细介绍了基于TMS320LF2407永磁同步电机伺服控制系统的硬件结构。主要内容有主控芯片TMS320LF2407及其组成的最小系统,组成核心模块的各个电路、功率驱动模块、检测和保护电路及其接口电路的设计。

DSP-based Servo Control System
Abstract: Output of the servo system is a fast and accurate response to external input command signal control system. In this paper, a lot of literature, summarized and analyzed the current status of AC servo system development, specifically to strengthen the development of AC induction motor servo system significance. The AC servo system for the master digital signal processor chip TMS320LF2407, control theory and practical application from the two starting permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor field oriented vector control servo system for in-depth, comprehensive study.
First,this paper introduces the overview of the development of permanent magnet synchronous servo system, the establishment of a permanent magnet synchronous motor system model, and based on rotor flux oriented vector control, space vector PWM waveform generation, empty vector control detail principle and method, and generally the overall servo control system design.Second, a broad overview of the classification and characteristics of the DSP, and gives reasons for the selection of TMS320LF2407 chip and chip TMS320LF2407 advantages. Finally, the details of TMS320LF2407 permanent magnet synchronous motor based servo control system hardware structure.
