毕 业 设 计 [论 文] 题 目: 3万吨每年粗苯精制工艺设计 化学与材料工程学院 专 业: 煤炭深加工与利用 姓 名: 学 号: 指导老师: 完成时间: 2013年5月27日 设计说明 粗苯精制工艺,是将粗苯经化学加工转换为气体,液体和固体产物,并将气体和液体产物进一步加工成一系列化学产品的过程。目前粗苯精制工艺过程有:酸洗精制法和加氢精制法。酸洗精制法工艺简单,该法在我国焦化厂得到广泛应用。加氢精制法工艺复杂,对设备材质和自动控制要求高,该法在我国也得到一定的应用。 本设计采用酸洗精制对粗苯精制工艺进行了设计计算,着重设计计算了粗苯精制过程的关键设备。主要包括物料衡算,主要塔设备的工艺尺寸计算,并对关键设备进行了机械强度校核。 通过物料衡算得到苯每小时产量为4.17 t/h;按清晰分割计算得:轻苯进料量为5.796 t/h;酸洗反应器进料量为5.723 t/h;吹苯塔进料量为5.715 t/h;按非清晰分割计算得:纯苯塔进料量为5.4863 t/h甲苯塔进料量为1.3125 t/h;二甲苯塔进料量为0.5302 t/h。通过对关键设备工艺尺寸计算得到:吹苯塔塔高H=27.45m;纯苯塔塔高为17.966m,塔径为1.1m。通过对关键设备机械强度校核得到:纯苯塔质量载荷为7942.18Kg;风载荷:1-1截面为84503.059 N·m。 关键字:粗苯精制 Design specification Crude benzol refining process, is the chemical processing of crude benzol is converted into a gas, liquid and solid products, and the gas and liquid product is further processed into a series of chemical products .
