┊┊┊┊┊┊┊装 ┊┊┊┊┊┊┊装┊┊┊┊┊┊┊订┊┊┊┊┊┊┊线┊┊┊┊┊┊┊ 我国民营快递业发展现状与对策研究 二○一二年四月 摘要 民营快递企业是市场经济发展的产物。随着社会经济的发展，邮政不能满足国内外工商，金融界对商务文件传递时间和效率的要求，民营快递企业及时填补了这一市场空白，满足了市场需求，并迅速兴起。 我国加入WTO以来，快递市场将进入新的发展阶段，市场规模将进一步扩大。在中国邮政和外资快递巨头的双方逐鹿之下，中国中小民营快递企业面临着激烈的竞争。我国当下很多民营快递企业引进采用即时库存管理技术和电子商务，对时间和效率的要求更高，一体化的航空快递服务已经成为其基础设施的一部分，不可或缺，我国民营快递在社会经济中的重要性日益增强。其发展期间，我国民营快递业发展期间也出现了很多问题，如资金短缺、低价竞争现象严重、服务质量难以保障、管理能力低下、专业人才缺乏、机械化、自动化程度不高等问题，本文通过对这些问题的总结，运用SWOT分析法，对当下我国民营快递业的发展现状进行分析与对策研究，并得出两方面发展对策：政府层面对策与企业层面对策。 关键词：民营快递业；电子商务；SWOT分析法 Abstract Private courier companies is the product of the development of market economy.
