设计总说明 近年来,义乌市实行“兴商建市”的城市发展战略,综合经济实力不断增强,城市化进程日趋加速,已基本确立了全国小商品流通中心的地位,具备了建设现代化商贸名城的现实基础。义乌市经济的快速发展,人口城市化进程加快,但是市政建设和污染防治滞后,已导致大量生活和工业污水未经处理排入江河,引起江河水环境的破坏和生态环境的损害。 本设计的设计目的是完善义乌市苏溪镇污水排放系统,改善现有恶化的水环境,减少对镇区和吴溪的环境污染。 规划镇区的常住人口和外来人口的总和约1.8万人,未来规划区人口总量约为3.50万人。城镇建设总用地为108.7公顷、而其中居住安排用地为88.08公顷。吴溪是苏溪镇最大的山溪性河流,河床坡降大,水量季节性变化较大,部分河段枯水期出现断流。因此,苏溪的水环境纳污容量非常有限,而镇区内居民、村民生活污水和工业企业的生产污水的排放 ,给苏溪的环境保护带来了巨大压力。本设计可以使苏溪的污水实现达标排放,排放的污染物可以得到大幅度的削减,这将大大改善吴溪的水环境质量,有利于促进生态市的建设和保护苏溪地区的水环境。 设计计算说明书中包括二部分:城镇雨污水管网设计计算和污水处理厂设计计算。主要内容有:城市排水系统确定、确定污水厂规模,选择污水处理工艺流程及主要构筑物的设计计算与高程计算,城镇雨污水主要干管、支管的设计流量及管径、高程计算。 图纸部分共10张,包括:工程设计总说明、污水干管平面布置图、雨水干管平面布置图、污水厂平面布置图、细格栅与沉砂池平剖面图、辐流式初沉池平剖面图、改良SBR平剖面图、浓缩池平剖面图、污水厂高程布置图,污水干管纵断面图。 Specification In recent years, Yiwu City, the implementation of Xing to build city urban development strategy, the comprehensive economic strength, increasing urbanization process accelerated, has been basically established a national hub for small commodities, with the construction of modern business city basis in reality.
