设计总说明本设计是关于绍兴市东浦镇排水工程设计,内容包括排水管网设计,污水泵站工艺设计,污水处理厂工艺设计,污泥处理工艺设计,以及部分单体构筑物施工图设计。城区排水管网采用分流制排水系统。污水由污水管网送至污水处理厂进行处理;雨水经雨水管网收集后直接排入水体。设计人口密度为300cap/ha,污水量标准为200L/(cap.d),污水管网遍布整个城区。。污水处理厂设计规模为2万m3/d,COD=320mg/L;BOD5=150mg/L;TSS=150mg/L;TN=32 mg/L;NH3-N=24mg/L;TP=4mg/L。设计出水水质为:COD=60mg/L;BOD5=20mg/L;TSS=20mg/L;TN=15mg/L;NH3-N=8mg/L;TP=1.5mg/L。根据原污水水质及污水处理程度,主体处理工艺采用氧化沟工艺,双沟式氧化沟不仅运行负荷非常低,处理效果好,且停留时间长、稀释能力强、抗冲击负荷能力强。在大型污水处理厂得到了广泛的应用。污水处理厂包括污水处理系统和污泥处理系统。污水处理主要处理构筑物包括格栅、污水泵房、平流沉砂池、氧化沟、辐流式二沉池、接触池、巴氏计量槽等。污泥处理包括浓缩机房、脱水机房、污泥提升泵房等。]SpecificationThis design is on the East Town, Shaoxing City drainage engineering design, including drainage network design, process design of sewage pumping stations, sewage treatment plant process design, sludge treatment process design, as well as part of the monomer structures construction design.Urban drainage network using the triage system drainage system.
