杜仲叶饲料添加剂的研究
摘 要
杜仲在我国分布范围极广。由于杜仲具有调节血压血糖、增强免疫功能等药理保健作用,近些年来,作为饲料添加剂的研究颇为热门。
本实验通过夏叶与秋叶成分的分析对比,确定选用秋季采收的杜仲叶作为发酵样品,分别采用两种枯草芽孢杆菌以及两种酵母菌对杜仲叶进行发酵,并对发酵后杜仲叶中绿原酸、多糖、蛋白质等成分的提取及测定。实验表明,经不同菌种对杜仲叶进行发酵后,杜仲叶中绿原酸含量有所下降,但是蛋白质含量大大提高,并且纤维素得到了有效降解,更易于动物吸收。其中枯草芽孢杆菌1为本实验筛选出的适宜杜仲叶的发酵的微生物。

ABSTRACT
The distribution of eucommia ulmoides in our country is very extensive. Eucommia has such functions as adjusting blood pressure and blood sugar, enhancing immune function and pharmacological health care function,so that in recent years, Eucommia ulmodies Oliv leaves as feed additives have raised great attention of the scientists
This experiment use two kinds of bacillus subtilis and two saccharomycetes of eucommla ulmoides to process the fermentation of eucommia ulmoides oliv leaves.after the fermentation we need to do the Extraction and determination of chlorogenic acid , polysaccharides, protein component. The experiment indicated that, after different strains of microorganism fermentating the eucommia ulmoides leaves, the content of chlorogenic acid in eucommia ulmoides oliv leaves had declined, but the content of protein greatly improved. what,s more cellulose had a effective degradation, easier for animal absorption. bacillus subtilis 1 in the experiment were the suitable microorganisms for the fermentation of eucommia ulmoides oliv leaves. .
