腐植酸肥对重茬烤烟生长发育和生理特性的影响研究   摘 要:该文以龙江911品种为材料,于2015年通过盆栽试验,研究了不同腐植酸肥施用量对重茬烤烟生长发育及相关生理特性的影响。试验结果表明:腐植酸肥处理能够促进重茬烤烟生长发育,提高烤烟叶面积,显著增加烟株硝酸还原酶的活性,同时显著地降低了丙二醛含量,延缓了烤烟植株生长后期的衰老;在烟株生育期内,50g/株处理下烤烟的根系活力最强,与对照相比提高29.90%~65.47%,烤烟植株的干物质积累较其他处理提高6.23%~31.38%,且各处理间差异显著。综上所述,施用适量的腐植酸肥,能够提高重茬烤烟相关生理特性,降低丙二醛含量,延缓衰老,同时显著提高了根系活力,增强了烟株的生长和发育,从而提升了产量、产值,其中以施用50g/株腐植酸肥时效果最佳。   关键词:重茬烤烟;腐植酸肥;生理特性;干物质积累   中图分类号 S145.4 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1007-7731(2016)22-0038-04   Abstract:The flue-cured tobacco variety‘Longjiang 911’ were used as experimental materials,applying different humic acid fertilizer content was studied in continuous cropping tobacco growth and the influence of related physiological characteristics,in 2005. The results showed that the humic acid fertilizer treatment can promote the continuous cropping tobacco growth,increase the flue cured tobacco area,a significant increase in nitrate reductase activity of tobacco plant,significantly reduce malondialdehyde content at the same time,slow down the ageing process of flue-cured tobacco plant at later growth stage;In the reproductive period of tobacco plant,50 g/plant processing under the root activity of flue-cured tobacco,the strongest compared increased by 29.90%~65.47%,dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco plants than other treatment increased by 6.23%~31.38%,and the significant difference between the groups. Above all,applying suitable amount of humic acid fertilizer can improve the continuous cropping tobacco related physiological characteristics,reduce the content of malondialdehyde,anti-aging,improve root activity at the same time,enhance the growth and development of tobacco plant,and improve production output. The test results show that when applying 50g/plant humic acid fertilizer,the effect is the best.
