Meth- ods: Seventeen Wistar rats were randomly divided into hypoxia group ( n = 5 ) , hypoxia with L-argi- nine group ( n = 5 ) and control group ( n = 7 ) . ulmonary vascular microstructure was measured under a light microscope.
