Center of Tangshan Railway Bureau is responsible for their own purchase and waste material auction.With the quick development of the business of the Material Mgmt. Center of Tangshan Railway Bureau set up an E-business platform for waste material dealing in 2010 in order to supply high quality service to meet whit the customers’ demand. This thesis starting out from the auction work of the center, aiming at the requirement of the center, using mature mobile technology based on the E-business platform, present solustion for the problems in online-auction.The thesis introduces an O-commerce structure featured with mobile computing which takes advantage of SMS and WAP technology. This structure also provides a transmission way to auction information that can be uploaded and downloaded in an efficient way, supplying omnibearing services to customers at any time and everywhere.
