慢性间歇性低压低氧对大鼠免疫功能的影响的开题报告 题目:慢性间歇性低压低氧对大鼠免疫功能的影响 摘要:本研究旨在探究慢性间歇性低压低氧(CIH)对大鼠免疫功能的影响。采用大鼠CIH模型,通过测定大鼠血液中各项免疫指标的变化,包括白细胞计数、淋巴细胞亚群、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ等。结果显示,CIH可引起大鼠免疫功能异常,表现出免疫抑制的现象,包括免疫细胞数量减少、细胞活性下降、细胞因子水平下降等。因此,CIH可能对大鼠免疫系统功能的影响具有一定的实验价值和临床参考意义。 关键词:慢性间歇性低压低氧;大鼠;免疫功能 Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effect of chronic intermittent hypoxia (CIH) on the immune function of rats. The CIH model in rats was used, and changes in various immune indicators in rat blood were measured, including white blood cell count, lymphocyte subsets, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ, etc. The results showed that CIH can cause immune dysfunction in rats, manifested as immunosuppression, including reduced numbers of immune cells, reduced cell activity, and decreased cytokine levels. Therefore, the impact of CIH on the immune system function of rats has certain experimental value and clinical reference significance. Keywords: Chronic intermittent hypoxia; Rats; Immune function
