The CIH model in rats was used, and changes in various immune indicators in rat blood were measured, including white blood cell count, lymphocyte subsets, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ, etc. The results showed that CIH can cause immune dysfunction in rats, manifested as immunosuppression, including reduced numbers of immune cells, reduced cell activity, and decreased cytokine levels.
