摘 要
本设计名为秦皇岛市花园小区外网设计。
随着国家计量供热的逐步推行,供热行业面临着新的机遇和挑战。计量供热是供热行业从粗放型管理方式向精细型管理方式的一次深刻转变。计量供热的主目标是节能环保。计量供热的成功实行必须依托高精确的热网调控。而热网的高精确调控基础是热网的设计和建设。这对我们供热系统的设计人员和施工人员提出了新的更高的要求。能否设计出满足热网精确调控需求的供热系统是当前我们设计人员面临的一道重要难题。
供热工程是现代化城市重要的基础设施,也是城市公共事业的一项重要设计。各地区都努力从现有条件出发,积极调整能源结构,研究多元化的供热方式,实现供热事业的可持续发展,实现计量供热的节能目标。计量供热不仅能给城市提供稳定的可靠地高品位热源,改善人民生活环境。而且能节约能源,减少城市污染。有利于城市美化,有效地利用城市空间。城市供热管网的设计,首先要在总体规划的指导下,既要为今后的发展留有余地,又要实事求是的对热负荷进行调查和计算。在了解热负荷的性质、类别、用途等多方面现场的资料后,进行供热外网的设计。
本次设计以节能建筑的热指标为基础,以热网的精确调节为最终目标,尽量降低热网的各项指标,尽量应用精确调节的阀门和设备,为计量供热打好基础。
本设计以经济、环保、节能为原则,通过借鉴以前的设计方法和经验,采用了合理的技术措施,使设计的各个系统达到了很好的使用效果。
