内镜下金属钛夹和注射止血治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血疗效探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨急性期非静脉曲张性上消化道出血于内镜下予以金属钛夹、注射止血治疗的效果。方法 方便选取该院2016年1月―2017年11月收治的急性期非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者88例，随机分组，44例于内镜下通过金属钛夹展开治疗为钛夹组，44例于内镜下通过药物注射治疗为药物组，对比分析两组治疗效果。 结果 两组均止血成功，钛夹组再出血发生率是4.55%，较药物组的18.18%低（χ2=4.061，P=0.044）；钛夹组总有效率为97.73%，较药物组的79.55%高（χ2=7.221，P=0.05）；钛夹组止血、肠鸣音、住院时长均较药物组短（t=19.351、25.939、12.374，P=0.034、0.031、0.038）。结论 在急性期非静脉曲张性上消化道出血治疗中，于内镜下予以金属钛夹、药物注射均可成功止血，但通过钛夹治疗再出血发生率更低，止血时间 　　[关键词] 非静脉曲张性上消化道出血；内镜；金属钛夹；注射 　　[中图分类号] R573 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）03（a）-0079-03 　　Treatment of Acute Non-variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding with Endoscopic Titanium Clip and Injection Hemostasis 　　WANG Hong-yan 　　Department of Digestive Medicine， Xinyi People’s Hospital， Xinyi， Jiangsu Province， 221400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of the treatment of non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the acute stage by endoscopic metal clip and injection of hemostasis.
