网络出版时间:2013-03-01 13:26 网络出版地址:/kcms/detail/11.1946.TQ1326.002.html 1 聚合硅酸硫酸铁铝混凝剂的制备表征与混凝性能 1 2 1 1 张开仕 ,曾凤春 ,谭超 ,朱登磊 (1.宜宾学院化学与化工学院, 宜宾 644000 ;2.四川理工学院化学与制药工程学院, 自贡 643000) 摘 要:以粉煤灰、废硫酸、废铁屑等工业废渣废酸为原料,通过酸溶、碱溶、氧化和聚合过程,制备出了新型无机高 分子混凝剂—聚合硅酸硫酸铁铝 (PAFSS )系列样品。对样品的显微结构、聚合度、电动特性、分子量和混凝性能等用 XRD 、IR 、TEM 、微电泳技术、超滤法、混凝试验等手段进行了表征和研究。 结果表明,样品为 Fe3+ 、Al3+ 、Fe3+水解 聚合产物、Al3+水解聚合产物、SO42—和聚硅酸相互作用而形成的带有Al-O-Si 和Fe-O-Si 等键的多核聚合物,呈聚集体枝 状结构,聚合度高,分子量大;在Si / (Fe +Al )摩尔比为0.06~0.10 时的样品混凝性能最好,水体pH 值适用范围达到 5~11,对工业废水处理效果明显优于市售聚合硫酸铁 (PFS )、聚合氯化铝 (PAC )和聚合硫酸铁铝 (PAFS )混凝剂。 关键词:粉煤灰;废硫酸;聚合硅酸硫酸铁铝;混凝性能 中图分类号: X78 文献标识码:A Preparation and characterization of poly-aluminiumferric silicate sulfate coagulant and their coagulant properties 1 2 1 1 ZHANG Kaishi ,ZENG Fengchun , TAN Chao , ZHU Denglei 1 (School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Yibin University, Yibin 644000,Sichuan, China; 2 School of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Engineering, Sichuan University of Science and Engineering , Zigong 643000, Sichuan, China) Abstract :A new type of inorganic polymer coagulant, poly-aluminum ferric silicate sulfate (PAFSS), was prepared by alkali leaching, acidic leaching, oxidation, and polymerization.
