Based on the theory of classical money quantity, the theory of monetary policy, the theory of monetary policy and the inflation theory of monetarism, combining monetary policy and the current state of inflation, this paper analyzes the impact of monetary policy instruments on statutory deposit reserve, credit policy and credit scale, open market business, exchange rate policy and interest rate policy, therefore, we need to further reform the deposit reserve system; expand the credit scale, improve the credit policy; flexible to carry out open market operations; further improve Chinas exchange rate system; steadily promote the marketization of interest rates to ease inflation.
