第29卷第1期 中国陶瓷工业 Vol.29, No.1 2022年2月 CHINA CERAMIC INDUSTRY Feb. 2022 DOI: 10.13958/ki.ztcg.2022.01.001 利用硅酸盐质废料制备发泡陶瓷的研究 赵绘婷,刘振,董龙浩,马磊,谢梅竹,王鹏晓,肖进彬 (河南省高新技术实业有限公司,河南郑州450002) 摘 要:分别以煤肝石、石英砂、花岗岩、大理石等硅酸盐质废料为主要原料,以钾长石、Na2B4O710H2O和NaOH为 助溶剂,Na2CO3和SiC混合为发泡剂制备发泡陶瓷。采用热分析分别确定混合料烧结温度区间,XRD、SEM 方法对所 制备发泡陶瓷进行表征,并探究该配方体系的发泡机理。结果表明,以煤肝石、石英砂、花岗岩、大理石等硅酸盐质废 料在此配方体系下,均可在较低烧结温度下制备出性能较好的发泡陶瓷。以Na2B4O710H2O和NaOH为助熔剂,在较强 碱性体系下能有效降低发泡陶瓷烧结温度。同时,在此烧结温度下,发泡剂Na2CO3和SiC协同作用,使发泡陶瓷形成大 小气孔相间的封闭孔结构。 关键词:硅酸盐质废料;发泡剂;发泡陶瓷 中图分类号:TQ174.75 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1006-2874(2022)01-0001-06 Study on Preparation of Foamed Ceramic from Silicate Waste ZHAO Huiting, LIU Zhen, DONG Longhao, MA Lei, XIE Meizhu, WANG Pengxiao, XIAO Jinbin (Henan Hi-tech Industrial Corporation, Zhengzhou 450002, Henan, China) Abstract: Foamed ceramic were prepared with Silicate waste such a coal Gangue, Quartz sand, Granite and Marble a main raw materials, Pota ium feldspar, Na2B4O7-10H2O and NaOH a cosolvent, and Na2CO3 and SiC a foaming agent. The sintering temperature range of mixture wa determined by thermal analysis, the prepared foamed ceramic were characterized by XRD and SEM, and the foaming mechanism were explored.The result show that foamed ceramic with good propertie can be prepared at low sintering temperature with Silicate waste such a coal Gangue, Quartz sand, Granite and Marble. With Na2B4O710H2O and NaOH a flux, the sintering temperature of foamed ceramic can be effectively reduced in a strong alkaline system. At the same time, Na2CO3 and SiC cooperate to form closed pore structure with alternating large and small pore at thi sintering temperature.
