第39 卷 第5 期 红 外 技 术 Vol.39 No.5 2017 年5 月 Infrared Technology May 2017 〈太赫兹技术〉 L 型波纹太赫兹喇叭天线 潘 武,李 选,尹 霞,承 皓 (重庆邮电大学光电工程学院,重庆 400065 ) 摘要:本文提出了一款高增益、低旁瓣的L 型波纹太赫兹喇叭天线。该天线工作于太赫兹第一个大气 窗口,由波导段、模式变换段和辐射段三部分组成,在模式变换段和辐射段内壁引入波纹结构,利用 控制变量法分析 L 型波纹喇叭天线模式变换段的波纹数目和辐射段每个波长内的周期数目对天线辐 射特性的影响。分析结果表明:该波纹喇叭天线在工作频率为320~380 GHz 范围内增益均大于21.7 dB ,其3 dB 主瓣宽度都小于15.2°。该天线满足高增益、低旁瓣的要求,适用于太赫兹通信系统。 关键词:太赫兹;L 型波纹;喇叭天线 中图分类号:TN29 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1001-8891(2017)05-0475-05 THz Horn Antenna with L Type Corrugation PAN Wu ,LI Xuan ,YIN Xia ,CHENG Hao (College of Photoelectronic Engineering, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Chongqing 400065, China) Abstract :This paper presents a high gain, low sidelobe terahertz horn antenna with L type corrugation. The antenna, which works in the first atmospheric window, is composed of three parts, the waveguide section, the mode conversion section and the radiation section. The corrugated structure is drawn into the inner wall of the mode conversion section and the radiation section. The influence of corrugation number of mode conversion section and the period number of the wave length of the radiation section on the radiation characteristics are analyzed using the control variate method. Analysis results show that the gain of the corrugated horn antenna is greater than 21.7 dB and the 3 dB main lobe beamwidth is less than 15.2° in the working frequency range of 320-380 GHz.
