心房颤动老年患者缺血性脑卒中危险因素分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨心房颤动（房颤）老年患者缺血性脑卒中的危险因素。方法 选取2013年2月～2015年2月我院确诊的132例房颤老年患者的临床资料进行分析，结合CT和MRI技术诊断其是否伴随缺血性脑卒中，将其分为对照组（单纯房颤患者）69例和观察组（房颤伴有缺血性脑卒中）63例，分析引起缺血性脑卒中发生的危险因素。结果 房颤并发缺血性脑卒中老年患者与年龄（χ2=9.791，P=0.001）、高血压病（χ2=4.859，P=0.027）、2型糖尿病（χ2=7.283，P=0.007）、持续性房颤（χ2=15.230，P=0.000）、颈动脉斑块（χ2=8.508，P=0.004）、左心房扩大（χ2=8.340，P=0.004）有关。经多因素Logistic回归模型分析可知，年龄≥70岁、高血压病、2型糖尿病、持续性房颤、?i动脉斑块及左心房扩大为房颤缺血性脑卒中老年患者的独立危险因素。结论 高龄、高血压病、2型糖尿病、持续性房颤、颈动脉斑块及左心房扩大是影响房颤老年患者缺血性脑卒中的危险因素 [关键词]心房颤动；缺血性脑卒中；危险因素；老年患者 [中图分类号] R541.7+5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（b）-0046-04 Risk factors analysis of ischemic stroke in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation LUO Fang-lin The First Department of Cardiology，the First Hospital of Nanping City in Fujian Province，Nanping 353000，China [Abstract]Objective To explore the risk factors of ischemic stroke in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods The clinical data of 132 cases of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were analyzed and whether or not with ischemic stroke diagnosed by combination of CT and MRI technology，patients were divided into control group （69 patients with atrial fibrillation alone） and observation group （63 cases of atrial fibrillation associated with ischemic stroke）.Risk factors associated with ischemic stroke were analyzed.Results Risk factors of atrial fibrillation elderly patients with ischemic stroke were age （χ2=9.791，P=0.001），hypertension （χ2=4.859，P=0.027），type 2 diabetes （χ2=7.283，P=0.007），sustained atrial fibrillation （χ2=15.230，P=0.000），carotid artery plaque （χ2=8.508，P=0.004），left atrial expansion （χ2=8.340，P=0.004）.Multivariate Logistic regression model analysis showed that age≥70 years old，hypertension，type 2 diabetes，sustained atrial fibrillation，carotid artery plaque and left atrial expansion were the independent risk factors for ischemic stroke occurrence in elderly patients with atrial fibrillation.Conclusion Older age，
