Forming chip is a t pical large deformation, which involves material non-linear, geometr non-linear and the state nonlinear problems. Based on the elastic-plastic material deformation theo- r , this theme established a strain hardening model. Using finite element simulation technolog , the established model anal zed b the finite element method, obtain the shear angle, and anal ze the impact of remnants stress to depth of the cutting tool and the rake angle. Guide the choice of technical parameters to improve the qualit of parts processing.
