摘 要
目前开关电源的使用对象涵盖了包括空间技术、计算机、通信、仪器仪表、汽车电子、照明电器及家用电器等领域,几乎可以说是只要有电子产品的地方就有开关电源的用武之地。开关电源的诞生历史虽然短暂,但是开关电源技术的发但是开关电源技术的发展却是日新月异。
本课题以AVR128为控制核心,设计并制作了一个能输出±5V和±15V的串联型它激式调压稳压措施为调宽式的开关电源。本系统由辅助电源模块、整流滤波模块、DC/DC模块、驱动模块、保护模块和采样模块组成。该系统工作效率较高、能自动稳定输出电压、还能在输出过压或者过流的时候自动保护。关键词:开关电源,整流滤波,驱动,采样,保护模块
Abstract
At present, the use of switch power supply object covered including space technology, computer, communication, instruments and meters, automobile electronics, electrical lighting and household appliances, etc. As long as there are electronic products, there have switch power supply animations. Though the birth of switch power supply’s history is short, the development of the technology is changing.
This topic to AVR128 as control core, designed and produced a swith power supply that can output ± 5 V to±15 V type of series of voltage regulating measures of it for the wide type of it. The systhem mposed of auxiliary power supply moudle tifier filter modules, DC/DC module, driver module, protect module and sampling module. Auxiliary power supply module mainly supply power for single-chip microcomputer and driving module, sampling module and protect module . Rectifier filter modules using bridge type not controlled rectifying and passive LC filters. DC/DC module is used to realize the transformation of the voltage.The module use Buck circuits with its circuit structure simple. Driver modules used to drive the swith tube of DC/DC module. This module mainly utilized switch tube IR2110 drive chip. And with integrated chips IR2110 to drive than analog switch tube with setting up the driving circuit is more reliable.The system can automatically high work efficiency, stable output voltage, still can be protect itself when it output press or flow automatic.
