本 科 生 毕 业 设 计 论文题目 : 60W反激式开关电源的设计 姓名 : 学号 : 班级 : 年级 : 2013级 专业 : 电子信息工程 学 院 : 机械与电子工程学院 指导教师 : 完成时间 : 2017年 月 日 摘要 摘 要 电源技术是当代科技的重要组成部分,无论是在日常生活还是尖端科技中,电源技术都扮演着一个重要的角色。我们常见的电源有两类,分别为线性稳压电源和开关电源,但由于开关电源具有体积小、重量轻、低功耗等优点,它已经逐渐取代了线性稳压电源的地位,并且成为了电子计算机、家电、通讯等各个行业的主流产品。而其中反激式开关电源电路较为简单,成本也相对低廉,市场应用范围更广,所以相对来说更具有研究意义。 此次课题是面向小型工控企业设计的一款高效开关电源,采样反激式拓扑,结合使用了安森美的NCP1253芯片进行功能设计,得到一款输出为60W/12V的反激式开关电源。整体设计框架是先了解反激式拓扑工作原理,然后进行模块设计,根据企业需求设计相关功能,整体功能测试无误后能够投放于市场。 关键词:反激式拓扑;NCP1253;模块设计;功能测试 东华理工大学毕业设计 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Power supply technology is an important part of modern science and technology, power supply technology plays an important role both in daily life and in cutting-edge technology. We have two kinds of common power supply, respectively linear regulated power supply and switch power supply, but because of the switching power supply has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low power consumption, it has gradually replaced the linear regulated power supply status, and become the mainstream products, home appliances, computer communications and other industries. The flyback switching power supply circuit is relatively simple, the cost is relatively low, the market is more widely used, so it is more meaningful. This topic is a highly efficient switching power supply design for small industrial enterprises, sampling flyback topology, combined with the use of the NCP1253 chip A Morimi function design, get a output flyback switching power supply 60W/12V.
