毕业设计论文 全自动热电偶温度检定系统设计 摘 要 热电偶是一种常用的温度传感器,应用相当广泛。在长期工作过程中,热电偶性能会发生改变,产生测温误差。我国计量法规定,在热电偶的使用过程中需要进行周期性的检定和修正,以确保热电偶温度计测温的准确性。 论文在分析热电偶检定规程的基础上,介绍了热电偶自动检定系统的整体设计方案、硬件组成、软件设计和主要技术问题的解决方法。选用HH54P小型继电器和开关量控制接口卡PC-6408,组成多通道扫描装置,配合高精度可程控的多功能测试仪表FLUKE289,实现检定数据的自动采集;采用模糊控制和PID控制相结合的算法,对检定炉温度进行控制,实现PID参数的自动整定,使炉温升温速度快、调节时间短、恒温效果好;系统监控软件采用模块设计方法,功能齐全,界面友好,操作灵活方便。 本论文所设计的热电偶自动检定系统,工作稳定,符合热电偶检定规程的要求,达到了设计要求。系统具有很好的扩充性,可以方便简单地增加新的热电偶检定类型;缩短了检定时间,提高了工作效率;操作简单,减轻了劳动强度;自动检定,提高了自动化水平。 关键词:热电偶;自动检定;模糊控制;PID参数整定;数据采集 Automatic Thermocouple Temperature Calibration System Design Abstract Thermocouples are commonly-used temperature sensors in many manufacturing processes,and have found a wide range of applications.After a long-term run,the performance of a thermocouple may change,resulting in temperature measurement error.Therefore,the Metrology Law in Chinas stipulates that thermocouples have to be calibrated periodically in the course of its usage to ensure the accuracy of the temperature measurement. Based on the analysis of the Specification of Thermocouple Calibration,this thesis discusses the overall design ideas of the automatic thermocouple verification system,hardware configuration, software design and solutions to some technical problems.The calibration system first uses HH54P relays and switching control interface card PC-6408, composed of multi-channel scanning device, with high-precision programmable multi-function test instruments FLUKE289, implement test automatic data collection .To control the calibration furnace temperature,an optimized algorithm is designed by combining the PID control and fuzzy control.The optimized algorithm can tune the PID parameters automatically.As a result,the furnace temperature can be heated up fast in a short control time,and achieves a satisfactory effect for constant temperature control.Written using a building block design fashion,the system monitoring software has a friendly graphical user interface,and is powerful,flexible an
